INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS
Following the I and II International Congress of Psychobiology held in Oviedo (2015) and Avila (2017), respectively, the Spanish Society of Psychobiology organize its third International Congress in Granada (Spain) 29-31, May, 2019. This meeting will be an excellent opportunity for scientific exchange among scientists, technologists and companies interested in the relationship between the Nervous System and Behaviour. We offer your company or institution the possibility of participating in this promising event.
EXHIBITORS
Any company or organization related with psychobiological research will have the opportunity of exchanging information about new knowledge or materials with a broad international expert audience. Any contribution including sponsorship and/or exhibition will be welcome. Participating may be valuable for companies related with the following fields:

EXHIBITION STANDS
A wide exhibition space will be available in the congress venue. The High Technical School of Architecture/Superior Technical School of Architecture of Granada will provide a privileged location in the core of the conference area and all the required facilities for exhibitors.
The standard rate for an exhibition stand of 6 m2, with frontals of 3 m, including 1 table, two chairs and free registration for one delegate is 1000 €. Exhibitors should arrange with the local organizing committee extra services and furniture. The places will be assigned according to contracting order.

LEAFLET INSERTS IN THE CONGRESS BAGS
The number of leaflets that can be inserted in the participants´ congress bags is limited. This is the most efficient way to assure that each participant receives your company information. A leaflet insert costs 500 €. This modality will be available only for the first applicants.
Additionally, you may insert a souvenir-gift with your logo. You can choose the gift subject to the agreement of the local organizing committee.
SPONSORSHIP
The following conditions are offered to the standard sponsor:
- Your company logo with a link to your website will be included in advance in the congress website https://granada-en.congresoseci.com/psychobiology
- Your company logo in the congress documentation.
- Your company logo in folders, posters and signs advertising congress, both in advance and on site.
- A brochure inserted in the participants´ congress bags.
- Free registration for two delegates.
The required contribution is 3000 €.
You are also offered the following specific sponsorship chances
- PLENARY LECTURES. One of the most prestigious ways to promote your presence at III International Congress of Psychobiology is by sponsoring the opening and/or closing plenary lectures. It is foreseen that most prestigious and outstanding speakers will be in charge of them. Besides other advantages of the standard sponsor, plenary lectures sponsorship will be recognised in the congress programme, both on line and in the congress bag. Each lecture: 4000 €.
- SYMPOSIA AND ROUND TABLES. You are offered the opportunity of sponsoring specific Symposia and Round-Tables that will be recognised in the congress programme. Minimum: 1500 €.
- POSTER AWARD. Your company may sponsor specific awards for relevant scientific contribution by young researchers which will be elected among the participants by a referees committee on site. Awards will be advertised in the congress website and recognised in the congress programme.
- CONGRESS BAGS. Your logo in the congress bags is one of the best ways to ensure your company visibility. You will have also the rest of advantages of a standard sponsor. 3000 €.
- BADGES FOR CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS. Including your logo in the delegates´ badges is one of the most effective ways of getting your company name seen by all the participants during the congress and social events. 1000 €.
- CREDENTIALS. Include the logo of your company in the credentials, which the congressmen will wear during the congress and the social activities included, ensure greater visibility during the congress. 1000 €
- COFFEE BREAKS AND LUNCH. You are offered the opportunity to sponsor both coffee breaks between sessions, and lunches (contribution according to budget). Your logo and advertisement will be exhibit in the specific area and your sponsorship will be recognised in the congress programme both on line and on site. You will have also the rest of advantages of a standard sponsor.
- GALA DINNER. Your brand may exclusively or in collaboration with other companies sponsor the gala dinner for the participants and their accompanying persons. Your logo will feature on the invitation cards and in the signs on site. Your sponsorship will be recognised in the congress programmes and you will have also the rest of advantages of a standard sponsor. (contribution according to budget)

CONGRESS VENUE, PROGRAMME AND FORESEEN ATTENDANCE
III International Congress of Psychobiology will be held at the High Technical School of Architecture/Superior Technical School of Architecture of Granada, one modern and well equipped building. The composition of the scientific and local organising committees ensures a wide international representation (Europe y America) of the different fields covered. It is expected a minimum attendance of 200 participants coming from all over the world.
