Travel Support
A limited number of grants are available to help young students and early-career researchers attend the Hinode-12 meeting. These grants are provided by ESA, NASA, ISAS/JAXA and NAOJ to partially cover the registration fee, accommodation and subsistence costs.
To request financial support you must be affiliated with an institution in either a ESA member state, the US, or Japan. Please, fill in this application form and submit it to hinode12@iaa.es along with a curriculum vitae (in PDF format) before 2 March 2018.
Successful candidates will be notified by 2 April 2018. They are expected to pay the full registration fee, either from own funds or from the grant.
