Submission deadline to be considered as poster communication: March 30th, 2023
RULES FOR SUBMISSION AND PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS
Submission deadline for contributions to be considered as oral communications will be March 15th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (peninsular time). For poster contributions, the submission deadline will be extended until March 30th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (peninsular time).
Each registered participant may appear as author in several communications, however only one submission as corresponding author will be accepted per registration fee. The acceptance of communications will ultimately rely depend on the completion of the registration process and the payment of the corresponding fee.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Local Scientific Committee. If the number of abstracts submitted for consideration as oral communication exceeds the number of available slots, the Local Scientific Committee will be responsible for their evaluation and will communicate the selected contributions for oral presentation to the respective corresponding authors before April 15th, 2023. at 11:59 p.m. (peninsular time).
Abstracts must be written in Spanish or English, using the template provided below and sent via email biogranada23@gmail.com. We encourage authors to send both the pdf and the editable Word file (in doc or docx formats). Files should be named according to "Surname_name_abstract.extension", where the family name and name corresponds to the presenting author.

RULES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Opening and closing lectures: 40 min + 5 min debate
Lectures: 25 min + 5 min debate
Oral communications 12 min + 3 min debate
We urge all attendees to keep their presentations strictly within the scheduled time.
Oral contributions must be delivered to the organizers in advance as soon as possible in PowerPoint or PDF format, at the latest before the first conference of their time slot. If you need any specific facilities, please contact the conference secretariat in advance.
RULES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF POSTER CONTRIBUTIONS
Maximum size should be A0 (841 × 1189 mm or 33.11 × 46.81 inches), in portrait orientation.
We encourage all authors to put a picture of themselves in the top corner of the poster. The rapid identification of the author will favor scientific discussions.
