Oral and poster contributions can be proposed by submitting an abstract according to the following MS Word template:

template_yrbnct.doc

Please name it as yourlastname_yrbnct.doc and save it as a Word 97/2000/2003/XP file .doc, (not .docx).

Please do not exceed one page, including figures, tables and references, if any. Please include a photo of the speaker replacing the one in the template. This will help us to recognize each other during the meeting.

Abstracts will be considered until May 10th, 2013.

Notification of acceptance will be sent before June 10th, 2013.

Please when uploading your abstract indicate in “Comments” if you prefer an oral or poster presentation and your main field (physics, chemistry, biology, clinical, ...)
