We hereby inform you that your personal data will be treated as requested by the Spanish data protección law (denominated 15/1999). Accordingly, your data will be stored in a file named “Clientes”, registered in the General Register of the Data Protection Agency, under the responsibility of Viajes El Corte Inglés, S. A., VAT No. A28229813.

The aforementioned data will be stored during the activity of the company, with the objective of the organization of the International Congress, as well as providing you with information about our products and services, even by electronic media. You can revoke your consent at any time, and make use of your rights of access, rectification, cancelation, and opposition (ARCO), by sending a letter to the following address: Avenida de Cantabria, 51. 28042-Madrid.

Your credit card details are introduced on a secure site, we are using SSL technology.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us in writing eventos_lpa@viajeseci.es in order to assess the cancellation fees depending on the date of cancellation.

Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation and payment methods. We remind you that your registration is not confirmed until we receive your payment.

Any type of refund will be made by credit card or by bank transfer, depending on the method of payment.

MINIMUM AGE: 18 years old.
